that He gave the rooster the ability to know the difference between day and night |

that He did not make me a non Jew |

שֶׁלֹּא עָשַֽׂנִי עָֽבֶד |
that He did not make me a slave |

שֶׁלֹּא עָשַֽׂנִי אִשָּׁה |
that He did not make me a woman |

פּוֹקֵֽחַ עִוְרִים |
for letting the blind see |
|
|
|
|
| 6 |
מַלְבִּישׁ עֲרֻמִּים |
for giving us clothes to wear |
|
|
|
|
| 7 |
מַתִּיר אֲסוּרִים |
for releasing the bound |
|
|
|
|
| 8 |
זוֹקֵף כְּפוּפִים |
for straightening the bent |
|
|
|
|
| 9 |
רוֹקַע הָאָֽרֶץ עַל הַמָּֽיִם |
for spreading the earth on the water |
|
|
|
|
| 10 |
שֶׁעָֽשָׂה לִי כָּל צָרְכִּי |
that He gives me all that I need |
|
|
|
|
| 11 |
הַמֵּכִין מִצְעֲדֵי גָֽבֶר |
for preparing our footsteps |
|
|
|
|
| 12 |
אוֹזֵר יִשְׂרָאֵל בִּגְבוּרָה |
forgiving Israel strength |
|
|
|
|
| 13 |
עוֹטֵר יִשְׂרָאֵל בְּתִפְאָרָה |
for crowning Israel with glory |
|
|
|
|
| 14 |
הַנּוֹתֵן לַיָּעֵף כֹּֽחַ |
for giving strength to the tired |
|
|
|
|
| 15 |
הַמַּעֲבִיר שֵׁנָה מֵעֵינָי וּתְנוּמָה מֵעַפְעַפָּי |
for wiping the sleep from my eyes |
