ְּשִׁבְתְּךָ בְּבֵיתֶךָ |
in your sitting in your house |

וּבְלֶכְתְּךָ בַדֶּרֶךְ |
(and) in your walking by the way |

וּבְשָׁכְבְּךָ |
and in your lying down |
|
|
|
|
| 8 |
וקְשַׁרְתָּם לְאוֹת |
and Bind them for a sign |
|
|
|
|
| 9 |
עַל-יָדֶךָ |
upon your hand |
|
|
|
|
| 10 |
וְהָיוּ לְטֹטָפֹת |
and a symbol |
|
|
|
|
| 11 |
בֵּין עֵינֶיךָ |
between your eyes |
|
|
|
|
| 12 |
וּכְתַבְתָּם עַל מְזֻזֹת |
and write them on the door posts |
|
|
|
|
| 13 |
בֵּיתֶךָ וּבִשְׁעָרֶיךָ |
of your house and your gates (mezuzah |
|
|
|
|
| 14 |
וּבְקוּמֶךָ |
and rising up |
|
|
|
|
