for lifting up the fallen (literally for straightening the bent) |

רוֹקַע הָאָֽרֶץ עַל הַמָּֽיִם |
for spreading the earth on the water |

| 7 |
הַמֵּכִין מִצְעֲדֵי גָֽבֶר |
for strengthening our footsteps |

|
|
| 8 |
אוֹזֵר יִשְׂרָאֵל בִּגְבוּרָה |
who girds (literally helps) Israel with strength |

|
|
|
| 9 |
עוֹטֵר יִשְׂרָאֵל בְּתִפְאָרָה |
for crowning Israel with glory |
|
|
|
|
| 10 |
הַנּוֹתֵן לַיָּעֵף כֹּֽחַ |
for giving strength to the weary |
|
|
|
|
| 11 |
הַמַּעֲבִיר שֵׁנָה מֵעֵינָי וּתְנוּמָה מֵעַפְעַפָּי |
for wiping the sleep from my eyes and slumber from my eyelids |

|
|
|
| 12 |
שֶׁעָשַׂנִי בְּצֶלֶם אֱלֹהִים |
who made me in the image of God |
|
|
|
|
| 13 |
שֶׁעָשַׂנִי בֶּןבָּת חוֹרִי |
who has made me free (literally son or daughter of freedom) |
|
|
|
|
| 14 |
שֶׁעָשַׂנִי יִשְׂרָאֵל |
who has made me a Jew |

|
|
|
| 15 |
לַעֲשׂוֹק בְּדִבְרֵי תוֹרָה |
to engage with words of Torah |
