רוֹקַע הָאָֽרֶץ עַל הַמָּֽיִם

for giving strength to the tired

מַלְבִּישׁ עֲרֻמִּים

אוֹזֵר יִשְׂרָאֵל בִּגְבוּרָה

פּוֹקֵֽחַ עִוְרִים
