הִנְנִי שְׁלָחֵנִי |
Here I am send me |

שִׁמְעוּ שָׁמוֹעַ וְאַל תָּבִינוּ |
You surely hear but you don’t understand |
|
|
|
|
| 3 |
הַשְׁמֵן לֵב הָעָם הַזֶּה |
The heart of this nation has become fat |
|
|
|
|
| 4 |
וָשָׁב וְרָפָא לוֹ |
And he’ll return and be healed |
|
|
|
|
| 5 |
עַד אֲשֶׁר אִם שָׁאוּ עָרִים |
Until the cities are desolate |
|
|
|
|
| 6 |
וְהָאֲדָמָה תִּשָּׁאֶה שְׁמָמָה |
And the land lies completely desolate |
|
|
|
|
| 7 |
וְרַבָּה הָעֲזוּבָה בְּקֶרֶב הָאָרֶץ |
And there will be great abandonment in the midst of the land |
|
|
|
|
| 8 |
וְעוֹד בָּהּ עֲשִׂרִיָּה |
And when there is still one tenth in it |
|
|
|
|
| 9 |
וְשָׁבָה וְהָיְתָה לְבָעֵר |
And it will return and it will be cleansed |
|
|
|
|
| 10 |
כָּאֵלָה וְכָאַלּוֹן |
Like the terebinth and like the oak |
|
|
|
|
| 11 |
אֲשֶׁר בְּשַׁלֶּכֶת מַצֶּבֶת בָּם |
That in the fall, it has a trunk |
|
|
|
|
| 12 |
זֶרַע קֹדֶשׁ מַצַּבְתָּהּ |
The holy seed is the trunk |
|
|
|
|
