אַחַת אֲרֻכָּה וְאַחַת קְצָרָה

כֹּל (יְמֵי חַיֶּיךָ), לְהָבִיא לִימוֹת הַמָּשִׁיחַ:

וּבָעֶרֶב שְׁתַּיִם לְפָנֶיהָ וּשְׁתַּיִם לְאַחֲרֶיהָ

הֲרֵי אֲנִי כְּבֶן שִׁבְעִים שָׁנָה
