רַב לָכֶם בְּנֵי לֵוִי.

It is enough for you sons of Levi

וְקֹרַח שֶׁפִּקֵּחַ הָיָה

And Korach who was very wise

מָה רָאָה

What did he see

לִשְׁטוּת זֶה

For this foolishness

עֵינוֹ הִטְעַתּוּ

His eyes mislead him

רָאָה שַׁלְשֶלֶת גְּדוֹלָה

He saw a chain of greatness

יוֹצְאָה מִמֶּנּוּ

Coming out from him

שְׁמוּאֵל

Shmuel

שֶׁשָּׁקוּל כְּנֶגֶד מֹשֶׁה וְאַהֲרֹן

Who was equal to Moshe & Aharon

אָמַר

He said

בִּשְׁבִילוֹ אֲנִי נִמְלָט

Because of them I will be saved
12/
ועשרים וארבע מִשְׁמָרוֹת

And the 24 watchings
13/
עוֹמְדוֹת לִבְנֵי בָנָיו
13/32
Would stand up from his sons sons
14/
כֻּלָּם מִתְנַבְּאִים בְּרוּחַ הַקֹּדֶשׁ

All of them having nevuoh with ruach hakodesh
15/
שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר
15/32
As it says
16/
כָּל אֵלֶּה בָנִים לְהֵימָן

all of them, sons for Haymon
17/
אֶפְשָׁר

Is it possible
18/
כָּל הַגְּדֻלָּה הַזֹּאת
18/32
that all this greatness
19/
עֲתִידָה לַעֲמֹד מִמֶּנִּי

Will come from me
20/
וַאֲנִי אֶדּוֹם
20/32
And I should be quiet
21/
לְכָךְ נִשְׁתַּתֵּף

Therefore he joined
22/
לָבֹא לְאוֹתָהּ חֲזָקָה

To be strengthened
23/
שֶׁשָּׁמַע מִפִּי מֹשֶׁה

For he heard from the mouth of Moshe
24/
שֶׁכֻּלָּם אוֹבְדִים

That all of them will be lost
25/
וְאֶחָד נִמְלָט
25/32
And one will be saved
26/
אֲשֶׁר יִבְחַר ה'

The one that Hashem chooses,
27/
הוּא הַקָּדוֹשׁ

he is holy
28/
טָעָה
28/32
He made a mistake
29/
וְתָלָה בְעַצְמוֹ

and placed it on himself
30/
וְלֹא רָאָה יָפֶה

But he didn’t see properly
31/
לְפִי שֶׁבָּנָיו עָשׂוּ תְּשׁוּבָה

Because his sons did teshuva

וּמֹשֶׁה הָיָה רוֹאֶה

And (but) Moshe did see
