But he didn’t see properly

כָּל הַגְּדֻלָּה הַזֹּאת

אָמַר

He made a mistake

He said

Because his sons did teshuva

Who was equal to Moshe & Aharon

And I should be quiet

שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר

לְכָךְ נִשְׁתַּתֵּף

וְלֹא רָאָה יָפֶה

Therefore he joined

As it says

טָעָה

שֶׁשָּׁקוּל כְּנֶגֶד מֹשֶׁה וְאַהֲרֹן

that all this greatness

אֲשֶׁר יִבְחַר ה'

וַאֲנִי אֶדּוֹם

לְפִי שֶׁבָּנָיו עָשׂוּ תְּשׁוּבָה
